Adam and I have been doing some serious talking about how to get back into shape. I am beyond out of shape. Honestly I was a little shocked when I saw these pictures. In my mind I am not as fat as I look in these pictures. I need to make a change and hopefully by publicly humiliating myself with pictures in my skin tight work out clothes every 10-15 days I will not give up like I always do. I want to get healthy for my children and I want to get sexy for Adam. So today marks Day 1 of my transformation. I did the shred that everyone has been talking about. My legs felt like jello and I only made it half way through but at least it is a start. I had a really hard time even doing the jumping jacks. I mean seriously they are jumping jacks and I could barely handle it. I found myself having some serious words with Jillian in my head and a lot of them involved the f-bomb. Eve was my cheerleader through the whole thing and kept telling me when I wasn't doing it like they were on the TV. This week I am starting by adding the workout and next week we will work on eating healthier. I think this is going to be good for our family.

Good Luck!! Sadely this was our dinner convo last night--what to do after the baby comes to get back into shape...granted daddy is supposed to be working on that part NOW... but alas like everything else.. just gets pushed aside...
Good luck! It's really hard, but you'll feel great when you accomplish your goal :) Don't be too hard on yourself - you just had a baby!
