So Adam works for a food supplier company and they had a shipment of fish and let their employees take whatever they wanted from so Adam (who is allergic to fish) took a whole bag of assorted fish home for me so I could try some new things. He was in bed and I was trying to pick out one to thaw out for dinner tomorrow but I didn't know what any of them where so I take one of each kind and decided to go see if he is up so he could tell me which one was the yellowfin tuna that I have always wanted to try (I lead a sheltered fish trying life.) So I ask him if he still is awake and he grumbles and I warn him I am going to turn on the light because I have a question for him. So I turn on the light and he must have been so confused because he was falling asleep and here I am with 6 different types of fish in my hand trying to figure out which one is yellowfin tuna. He refuses to open his eyes and my arm starts to freeze so I am getting impatient and keep shoving different fish in his face asking him, “Is this yellowfin tuna?” He finally opens his eyes as I am saying, “This one is halibut right?” He says yes and roles over. He was not going to be anymore help. I wish I had asked earlier because you would think someone that was a cook for 10 years would be able to tell me what a frozen yellowfin tuna looks like.
